Label and Dispatch
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a courier pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
